Websters of Norwich is a new, dynamic and respectable family run estate agency.  We are based on Unthank Road in an area known widely as The Golden Triangle.  It took on this name in the 1980's housing boom when estate agencies described the area as 'golden'.  The Golden Triangle has a cosmopolitan mix of students, young professionals, high net worth individuals and young families. The area is characterised by its terrace housing, welcoming pubs and peaceful parks.  The friendly atmosphere has resulted in the Golden Triangle being dubbed by one estate agent as the Notting Hill of Norwich. Unthank Road is often cited as being the centre of the Golden Triangle which makes our work so exciting.  We hope the secret of our success will be our genuine love for our home patch, we are incredibly lucky to be based where we are and we want to build a successful reputation and be part of the local community.

The business came to light when Charlie decided that because his Overseas business was doing incredibly well he wanted to move back on to his home turf.  Norfolk.  Whilst Albatross Villas continues to run, Charlie has developed and built Websters from scratch with an intense love for property and a passion for the area we work and live within.  Websters is run by a husband and wife team (Charlie & Emma) who will deliver a very precise & professional service to vendors and buyers alike.  We believe that clear and personal interaction with clients goes a long way.
