Websters Estate Agents is delighted to announce the acquisition of Savannah Estates.

Websters, a fast-expanding family run independent sales and letting agency, have recently acquired Savannah Estates, a Norfolk based letting agency, which has been successfully letting and managing properties for over 18 years. Gary and Kim Limehouse of Savannah are assisting in the smooth transition of Savannahs’ portfolio of properties to the Websters Group and will continue to be involved with their clients, ensuring their high level of service is maintained. This is Websters’ third acquisition, and second of the the year, with their purchases of First Lettings in 2020 and Langfords Estates in March.

All Savannah Estates landlords and tenants will be notified on the procedure for the smooth transition to incorporate the two businesses through our Unthank Road, Norwich office.
