Charlie is the founder and managing director of Websters. Since its inception over 10 years ago he has developed the company into a thriving Estate Agent & Lettings business.
Charlie continues to invest in the business with the recent lettings business acquistions of First Lettings, Langford Estates and Savannah Esates. His ethos is to ensure everybody can do their jobs to the best of their ability without being held back by too much man-management, instead allowing staff to thrive everyday doing jobs they love.
